Point In Time app for iPhone and iPad

The HUD Point in Time (PIT) homelessness census is an annual effort to better understand the scope of homelessness in the United States. The census helps ensure adequate resources are committed to the issue. A key aspect of the census is the count and survey of unsheltered individuals and households. The HUD Point In Time Counting Tool provides a convenient and accurate means for street count volunteers to gather this vital data.

WHO SHOULD USE THIS APP?
Anyone participating in a “street count” as part of the annual HUD point in time homelessness census.

FEATURES:
-Uses GPS to identify exact location of the interaction.
-Surveys for counting both individuals and families
-Interview surveys ask all questions needed for the HUD Point In Time Report.
-Observation survey is useful for times when person cannot be engaged.
-Conduct surveys without Internet connectivity.
-Totally secure. Data only goes where your regional count admin tells it to go.
